“MIRACLES & LIGHT IN THE MIDST OF GREAT DARKNESS” Prophetic Word by Susie Whitney

“I will shine My light on the wounded & broken who will turn to Me in their times of trial. I will shake the very foundations of this world. There will be chaos, & the insignia of the enemy will be ruthlessness & it will bring great fear, hopelessness & despair. I will set protection around My own & will feed them from My own Mouth as I speak life, & will send water & nutrition as needed to their bodies & souls, & they will not see the decay & torment that the world will be subject to.

Victory & vitality will spring forth from My Hand in unexplained ways that only the faithful will comprehend. There will be shelter from the storms for My own as night draws near.

Watch Me orchestrate fire & water to capture hearts & create new life with My Spirit.  I will make a way in the desert.  My ways are simple.  My ways are pure . I will bring release to the captives.”

I then immediately heard the Lord say the word “Jettison” which i had never heard before . When I looked it up in the dictionary I found that it means ‘the throwing of goods overboard to lighten a ship in distress’.  I believe this means that in future times when we are in the midst of the great storms coming upon the earth, we will need to cast off & leave behind all that is of the world, the flesh & the devil to stay above board in God .  Anything that we have relied on & put our hope in other than Christ will have to go to keep ourselves from being swallowed up in the storms.

There will be times of huge storms when we will be kept perfectly safe in many ways when we do this, & there will be other times when many of God’s faithful ones will know much suffering & loss regarding the things of this world, just as many already do now.   We will see many miracles, including miracles of provision where previous sources are no longer available to us, & these ones who cling to the Lord will know greater joy & fullness in Christ as well as supernatural protection even if they are also in the midst of the loss of much that they have known previously in this world. (prophecy received 16th Oct 2009).
