REPRINT:   The Courtroom Decree is the end part of this  very long & detailed powerful Prophetic Word that says much firstly to renew our minds before we make the Courtroom Decree. All was dictated word-for word by the Lord.

“You must plead My Blood & separate your heart unto Me to find your peace & to be assured of transference of allegiance to Myself & not to fantasy. (Fantasy = false imaginations, believing untruths etc).

The shelves must be wiped clean from all foreign matter & retrospect information that has been locked into & attached to the things of the past.  Shock treatment is not the way to go for full disposal of all evil & its way. (trying to shock people into doing things the right way).  Forlorn longings bring only disarray & false occupancy to your hearts. (Forlorn longings – feeling hopelessness, helplessness, abandoned or deprived when persistent yearnings aren’t yet fulfilled.)

You need to heed My call to find a new open stretch of land in Me called ‘Peace’, where you can rest beside still waters & find true shelter.  You must not pass over old ground, but must find rest in My green pastures of life & peace in abundance.    Let Me show you the way.   Let Me shine My light into your heart & soul so that you will find the peace you seek instead of turmoil & fear.

Lay down all lies of inferiority.   Smash & destroy all natural instincts to flee & hide for these take you into captivity & away from My operation.

You are at war & you must not run from the enemy & disarm yourself but must stand & disarm the enemy.

My tactics will not allow & invite estrangement, but will fully load you with all that you need.  You need to be in a camouflage suit so that you blend in with Me completely so the enemy can only see Me & not you, for I am right there with you.
Engage with Me when the enemy attacks & listen to My Voice & not the voice of a stranger.  Listen & seek for My reassurance & counsel, & heed My Call to Arms.

I am your Banqueting Table & all your riches.  Look to Me & My abundance & refuse the fear & torment of former loss & decay, for this is not your inheritance.
I am your God of Plenty.   Come & indulge in My abundance for you.

Fill up daily on Me & leave no room for the taunts of the enemy against you & he will not take you down through illusion & back into grave clothes. (grave clothes – being clothed in fear, passivity & inferiority instead of wearing our true identity in Christ).  These are not your covering & protection… I am!   These will not keep you safe & out of the range of the enemy’s fire when you hide in the tombs, but they will be the place of imprisonment.

Dormancy is not your friend & must never be sought out as your companion again for it fails you & only breeds greater bondage.   This is not your safe place… I am!   There is no rest in the tombs & the enemy & war is not absent there, but rather in full control for he has stopped you from fighting back & taking back your ground & your life.

You must not run & hide any longer, but must find your place seated with Me, for this alone is your place of rest.   Hide in Me in Heavenly places, looking on from above from where you can see clearly all that is taking place.  Underground in the tombs is only complete retreat, & you must come back up & fight if you choose to live, but not on satan’s terms.   You cannot fight from the earthly level for it is there that you become weary & overwhelmed & try to fight the enemy’s lies with your own understanding & strength.  No!  You must come up here with Me.   You must come up higher & take your seat beside Me in heavenly places & see as I see & be armed with truth & Heavenly armour. 

Your weapons cannot be those of the flesh for these have no power against the enemy’s schemes.
I came to give you rest, so though you live in the world which is filled with chaos, you need My peace & assurance that you have My victory & I have overcome the world.   Awaken from frenzy & torment.

  Shake yourself free & rejoice in my victory for you, for it is yours & you must take hold of it with both hands & refuse defeat.    I am for you!   I am not your enemy & many of my own have not yet accepted this because of past suffering & loss.   Satan is snapping at your heels at every step you take, but look up & take hold of My promises.   Trust in My promises.

Come & worship & find your rest in My Arms of love & be not afraid of former things.  Do not carry them in your arms &  nurse them as though they are part of you & your identity.   Do not nurse your wounded soul as though this is who you are.   My children, many of you are believing that no-one else will help you, including Me, & you have been holding tightly onto your wounded soul believing you are caring for & protecting yourself as though you are a displaced refugee & victim.    You do not yet realize who you are!   You have not detached yourself from your wounds & so you hide to find rest & to protect your wounded soul.

Listen to Me!   I am your Friend & Saviour & Caretaker!    When you have seen & felt darkness you have attached yourself to it for it is familiar to you…. the darkness of shame, of loss, of turmoil.
You have seen yourselves as beggars throughout much of your lives & have evaluated things accordingly.  You expect to lay on a bed of straw instead of in the Kings palace.   You have identified with poverty & not with My riches & abundance.
You have not drunk deeply from My golden cup, but have only sipped for fear of over-indulgence.

My children, suffering is not your lot, or a form of righteousness.   Even when you have fought for more it has only been for so little, though you have longed for more.
You have feared abundance as though it is your enemy, for you are not familiar with it.  You have lived with that which you are familiar with, & have expected little more.

You must continue to look into My Words of Life & see that you are seated in heavenly places with Me.   You have full adoption rights & are under My full care & I will not leave you or forsake you.

Your acceptance & expectation of lack does not buy you a ticket into My favor.  You cannot buy My affection with a willingness to suffer.
You have hidden for you were too exhausted to fight any longer with your carnal weapons for your little place in the dirt.   (As the Lord said this I saw a vision that showed a person fighting from & for a little muddy trench in the battle.)
You must step out of the tomb & not duck your head or run into the trenches or fight for yourself in the flesh.
You cannot talk those around you into changing…. these are carnal weapons.     Nor can you put your trust in them listening or obeying you, for this is expecting your carnal warfare to work.   No!  You fight with My Words of truth, & your defence is faith in My Words of Life & that I will do what I have promised.

When you wear My Shield of Faith, you are safe & protected & nothing can harm you!   You can walk right through the battlefield & through all the fighting & not be harmed.    You do not fight from the trenches so as to hold onto a muddy trench!   Walk across the battlefield into the enemy’s holdings & you tell him to get out, & you simply take back all the ground & you stop the battle, for I already won it & you must remember this. 

There is no need to fight for a muddy trench, nor to hide through exhaustion.   I have won the battle & defeated the enemy & you have never really realized this.  This is why you have run & hidden through exhaustion for this is not what you were created for.   This is not your lot in life.  This is not your inheritance!
You no longer have to protect yourself from people & be afraid, for it is not flesh & blood you are fighting against.

Your difficult circumstances have not been to crush or exhaust you, but have been to teach you that you must lay down your carnal weapons in the battle, & trust in My victory alone.

I am your Shepherd & you must learn to take your privileged position.  You have been given the Kingdom & you rule & reign with Me & are seated in heavenly places with Me.   From here you give out the orders.   You help run My kingdom as My ambassador & as part of the Royal Family.   Rule well over all the land & territory that I have given you.  Speak forth My decrees for the land, & then stability will reign.

Exchange your wardrobe.  Put on My kingly robes which are My righteousness & rulership extended to you.  I took back the Kingdom & gave it back to My people to rule over with Me.   You share in My authority & bequests. (bequests – that which is handed down to another by law).  You drink from the royal cup & you eat from the royal plate.  This is your position!

You do not ‘soldier on’ & fight from the ground……  this is man’s way, for you do not fight against flesh & blood, but against principalities & powers.    Extend My authority & Lordship over your family & circumstances.   This is your right & I have given you the power & anointing to do so. 

So clear the ground for My Spirit to go before you & to make clear the way to go.   Expect your full inheritance & promises.   Expect My goodness, for you were not born into the slums to fight for crumbs.  Take all you want for I am with you!

I have taken you out of darkness & put you in My glorious light.   Revel in it & enjoy My glory, for this is your place of abode.”     End of first part of Prophetic Word.

 Essential explanation about the COURTROOM DECREE (which is at bottom of page) :

Below is the Prophetic Courtroom Decree that the Lord then immediately dictated to reveal how we can bring our legal claim directly to the Courtroom of Heaven on behalf of those whom we have legal right & authority to do so.    This Decree is made in the Courts of Heaven where is it teaches us that it is we who make a legal claim based on the Blood of Jesus & then decree  the required judgement on satan & his demons in regards their illegal activity against us.   It is fascinating.  In it the Lord dictates exactly how & when to bind & cast out demons & cast down their strongholds etc so its a decree we can make on behalf of ourselves & people whom the Lord has shown us that we can take authority over the enemy on behalf of.  I believe that for every believer that this always includes at least doing so for our own family & most probably over any individual who asks us to pray for them, & probably a lot more, however I feel that each person has limitations in regards which demons they can bind & cast out in certain situations.  For example besides Church Leaders, others may feel they have been given authority over all the demonic over their entire church, but I am not confident that we all can do this (unless doing so corporately & not alone) but I personally do not feel that we should be trying to bind spirits over entire nations, cities, towns, organisations etc unless the Lord has specifically led us to do so according to His specific strategy.   Certainly though all Christians have all authority to make declarations of God’s plans & promises over any person, family, organisation, Nation etc. & can call forth release from fear, division, bondage, oppression, slavery, etc & we can speak/call forth awakening, healing, restoration, salvation, unity, hope etc, thereby releasing Angels to bring these things forth.

Please remember that I have been taught nothing by others on these matters but I only know for sure what the Lord has so far spoken directly to me in encounters with Him but you will see that in this Courtroom Decree the Lord is revealing the importance of the legal position of a person in authority over others, such as a husband over his family, (or leaders over their congregation) & satan over the demons etc.  This is very enlightening to me!   Though in my own reasoning I would have thought it right to bind demons but ridiculous to attempt to bind satan, God tells us in this decree to bind not only the demons but also satan in the areas where he has been accusing & attacking our family because the demons are working under his authority.  So the Lord is revealing that bringing before the Court all leaders involved is a very important legal point here.    This decree reveals that if satan is attacking the head of that family that the whole family is also vulnerable & under attack.    This explains why the bible commands us to pray for our leaders…. we must not neglect to do this, for this neglect allows in much darkness to our families, churches, towns, cities & Nations.   Satan’s actions against us are illegal, & so God’s laws must be boldly enforced by us against him… otherwise he will continue his criminal activity of illegal assaults if we passively do nothing.

Below is exactly how this was dictated for me as a Christian wife to decree on behalf of my husband….. therefore also bringing God’s justice for our whole family based on Christ’s righteousness.   Put the names in on whoever you are making your legal claim for.

HEAVENLY COURTROOM DECREE

“Praise You Lord! You have broken all chains… broken them & freed us, for You are the Lion of the tribe of Judah.… the tribe who wears purple & gold!

I come now to the courts of Heaven & take my stand & make my decree on behalf of my husband!    I bring before the court the shed Blood of Jesus & I declare my husband’s innocence, for his debts were paid.    Satan therefore has no legal rights to bind him, or us as his family, nor to bring us into slavery.
Yes, we have sinned, but we have an advocate in Christ Jesus & so we are clean, & judgement cannot be pronounced upon us.    I decree therefore the binding instead of satan & his accusing demons who have brought false accusation against us as a family.
I command by the power of the Holy Spirit that satan & all his that have been accusing & attacking my husband, myself & our family, are now bound & cast out into the wrath of God.
I break off all your power against us satan & all your lies & accusations & I cast them down as useless & powerless under the jurisdiction of God Almighty.
You, satan, are found to be counterfeit & illegally trespassing & you are sentenced to be cast out & all your strongholds demolished now over our lives in Jesus Name!    I break your power, influences & strongholds completely against my husband, myself & our family.
I speak forth now full deliverance, healing & the overcoming power of Jesus into our lives.” (copyright requirements below)
